Refund Timeline

Once we receive and inspect your returned items, your refund will be processed within 5 to 10 days. Refunds will be sent back to the original payment method you used at checkout. Processing times from your payment provider may vary and are outside of our control.

Shipping and Duty Notes

We offer worldwide free shipping and cover duties for your original order. Return shipping costs for sending items back to us are your responsibility. We do not cover return shipping fees.

Non Refundable Situations

Some items or orders may not be eligible for refunds. Final sale items, customized goods, and items returned outside the 60 day window cannot be refunded. We also cannot offer refunds for minor differences in color or appearance caused by screen display settings.

Partial Refunds

If only part of your order is returned and approved, we will issue a partial refund matching the value of the returned eligible items.
